Antifouling and antibacterial ceramic glaze and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses an antifouling and antibacterial ceramic glaze, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of ceramic particles, 1 part of nano silver ions, 2 parts of titanium dioxide, 1 part of zirconium silicate and 1 part of fluoride. The preparation process of the antifouling and antibacterial ceramic glaze comprises the following steps: step 1, mixing raw materials; step 2, ball milling operation; step 3, drying the glaze; and step 4, high-temperature firing. The ceramic product disclosed by the invention has antibacterial performance and photocatalytic performance, and the nano titanium dioxide has excellent ultraviolet absorption capacity and photocatalytic activity, so that organic pollutants can be effectively degraded.
