The high-strength concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 6 to 12 percent of alkaline residues, 66 to 72 percent of ceramic polishing residues, 6 to 12 percent of cement, 8.5 to 15.2 percent of lime, 0.07 to 0.1 percent of aluminum powder, 0.5 to 1 percent of melamine and 0.65 to 0.8 percent of water. In addition, the material prepared by the invention has the advantages of noise absorption, light weight, heat resistance, environmental protection and the like. The two solid wastes, namely the alkaline residues and the ceramic polishing residues, are fully utilized, the section of the structure is reduced, the steel content in the structure is reduced, and two purposes are achieved.
