The invention discloses a method for preparing powder for spraying rare earth tantalate by adopting a solid-phase ball milling method. The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking RE2O3 high-purity rare earth oxide and Ta2O5 as raw materials, fully mixing the raw materials by adopting a ball milling method, drying and sieving, and preparing RE3TaO7 oxide by adopting a normal-pressure high-temperature sintering method; breaking and sieving the obtained RE3TaO7 oxide, putting the RE3TaO7 oxide into a ZrO2 ball milling tank, further refining by adopting a ball milling method, drying, sieving and grading, agglomerating and granulating by taking polyethylene glycol as a granulating agent and adopting the ball milling method, sieving, sintering at high temperature, and sieving, so as to obtain the RE3TaO7 rare earth tantalate powder meeting the plasma spraying requirement. The prepared RE3TaO7 rare earth tantalate powder for plasma spraying is uniform in component, relatively uniform in particle size, good in fluidity, relatively simple in technological process and stable in technological parameter, the powder obtaining rate is as high as 70%, acid and alkali reagents are not used in the whole process, only polyethylene glycol is used as a granulating agent, no pollution is caused to the environment, and the granulating process is simple.
本发明公开了一种采用固相球磨法制备稀土钽酸盐喷涂用粉末的方法。以RE2O3高纯度稀土氧化物和Ta2O5为原材料,采用球磨法将原材料充分混合,经干燥过筛后,采用常压高温烧结法制备RE3TaO7氧化物;将获得的RE3TaO7氧化物敲碎过筛后,置于ZrO2球磨罐中,采用球磨法进一步细化,经干燥、过筛分级后,以聚乙二醇为造粒剂,用球磨法进行团聚造粒,再经过筛、高温烧结、再过筛,即可得到满足等离子喷涂要求的RE3TaO7稀土钽酸盐粉末。本发明制备的RE3TaO7稀土钽酸盐等离子喷涂用粉体,成分均匀,颗粒度大小比较均匀,流动性好,工艺过程相对简单,工艺参数稳定,粉体获得率高达70%,整个过程未使用酸、碱试剂,只使用聚乙二醇一种造粒剂,对环境无污染,造粒过程简单。
