The invention provides a mounting method for mounting a rail telescopic device and a steel rail telescopic adjuster. The installation method for installing the track telescopic device and the steel rail telescopic adjuster comprises the steps that a first fixed sleeper set, a movable sleeper set and a second fixed sleeper set of the telescopic device are laid; a stock rail and a switch rail of the steel rail telescopic adjuster are laid, the stock rail is laid above the first fixed sleeper set, the movable sleeper set and the second fixed sleeper set, and the switch rail is connected with one end of the stock rail; mounting a connecting rod assembly of the telescopic device; a fastener system is installed; in the auxiliary reinforcing step, all the fixed sleepers and all the movable sleepers within the range of the steel rail telescopic adjusters are connected through an auxiliary reinforcing structure, and an integral track panel is formed; roughly adjusting the whole track panel; and dismantling the auxiliary reinforcing structure, and pouring concrete. According to the technical scheme, deflection or dislocation of the sleeper within the range of the telescopic device and the telescopic adjuster can be avoided, secondary checking of the position of the sleeper is not needed, and therefore the construction efficiency is improved.
