Pier column, cover beam and T beam integrated bridge girder erection machine installation and construction method
The invention discloses an installation and construction method of a pier column, cover beam and T beam integrated bridge girder erection machine. The method is suitable for conventional fabricated bridges; a T-beam is installed through a front supporting leg and a middle supporting leg (rear span), pier studs, a bent cap and the T-beam can be installed in a staggered-span mode at the same time, the span of the bridge is 25 m, a bridge erecting machine with the length of 66 m is adopted in combination with the span of the bridge, and if the span of the bridge exceeds 25 m, the length of the bridge erecting machine and parameters of a main beam are changed. Staggered-span installation is that according to the project, for example, a bent cap is installed on the first span (pier studs are installed), and pier studs can be installed on the second span. According to the method, large-tonnage hoisting equipment is not needed to hoist the pier columns and the cover beams, only one integrated bridge girder erection machine is needed to achieve installation of the pier columns, the cover beams and the T-shaped beams, the construction process is optimized, construction is relatively convenient, the organization and coordination difficulty of various mechanical equipment is lowered, and meanwhile safety risks caused by cross operation of the mechanical equipment are lowered.
