The invention discloses a construction method and system for controlling disturbance of an existing adjacent pipeline during excavation of a foundation pit, and the method comprises the steps: firstly, carrying out the statistics of the shape of a boundary line, close to the pipeline, of a unit boundary of the foundation pit before construction; supporting rods with different distribution densities are arranged in the area from the bottom of the pipeline to the foundation pit unit boundary line so as to achieve important protection of part of the area, and then a mechanical protection plate is laid on the basis of the supporting rods; the shape of a boundary line, close to one side of the foundation pit, of the mechanical protection plate is consistent with that of a boundary line of a foundation pit unit boundary, a plurality of U-shaped hooks are inserted in the pipeline at uneven intervals, and the U-shaped hooks are used for fixing the pipeline to a wall on one side.
