Novel grooving-free pipe burying method and foundation pit supporting structure
The invention relates to a method for a novel foundation pit supporting structure without grooving and pipe burying and a foundation pit supporting structure device for achieving the method.The device is at least provided with steel sheet piles, high-pressure jet grouting piles and enclosing purlins.The method includes the steps that the steel sheet piles are driven on the periphery of a foundation pit, and a high-pressure jet grouting drill rod is lifted at a constant speed on the outer side of a pipeline where the steel sheet piles cannot be driven; and soil bodies above and below the guniting reinforcing pipeline are used as water stop reinforcing piles, high-pressure jet grouting piles are used on the outer side of the checked non-meshed part for water stop reinforcing, finally, an enclosing purlin is machined according to the size of the foundation pit, and the enclosing purlin is excavated to the designed elevation after being installed. According to the method, the characteristic that the high-pressure jet grouting pile sprays, diffuses and grouts to reinforce the soil body is fully utilized, the steel sheet pile and the enclosing purlin support are combined to form a foundation pit supporting structure in a complex construction environment so as to isolate underground water, and meanwhile, the reinforced soil body is utilized to improve the foundation pit supporting safety, reduce the influence on the surrounding environment and improve the foundation pit operation efficiency.
本发明涉及新型不开槽埋管的基坑支护结构的方法和实现该方法的基坑支护结构装置,该装置至少设有钢板桩,高压旋喷桩以及围檩,该方法是通过在基坑周边施打钢板桩,并在无法施打钢板桩的管道外侧匀速提升高压旋喷钻杆,利用喷浆加固管道上下的土体作为止水加固桩,而在检查出的未咬合部位外侧使用高压旋喷桩止水加固,最后根据基坑尺寸加工围檩,围檩安装后开挖至设计高程。本发明充分利用高压旋喷桩喷射扩散注浆加固土体的特性,结合钢板桩与围檩支护,组成复杂施工环境下的基坑支护结构,以期隔绝地下水,同时利用加固后的土体增加基坑支护安全性,减轻对周边环境的影响,提高基坑作业的效率。
