AUTOMATIC FOUNDATION STEEL PIPE BURYING DEVICE AND ITS CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide an automatic foundation steel pipe burying device which can perform a foundation excavation work in a minimum work range with a minimum work personnel, when burying a foundation steel pipe used for construction of a column body such as an electric pole to the foundation into the ground, and to provide a construction method.SOLUTION: An automatic foundation steel pipe burying device includes: a foundation steel pipe 1 having a plurality of tip claws provided in the peripheral part of the lower end; an automatic excavation machine 2 which circulates and rotates a plurality of buckets 21 for excavation having support members mounted on the upper end in the pipe in a conveyor form and excavates the foundation on the lower end of the foundation steel pipe; and a rotary device 3 which has a leg 31 having a horizontal adjustment function of vertically constructing the foundation steel pipe, a holding part 32 which gradually rotates the foundation steel pipe in a horizontal direction and presses-in and lowers the foundation steel pipe by the self weights of the foundation steel pipe and the automatic excavation machine, and a groove part 33 which rotates the foundation steel pipe in a horizontal direction and lowers the foundation steel pipe. Due to the horizontal rotation of the foundation steel pipe and press-in of the foundation steel pipe by the self weights of the foundation steel pipe and the automatic excavation machine, the foundation in the foundation steel pipe is excavated, sediments are scooped, and the foundation steel pipe is buried in the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地盤への電柱等の柱体建設に使用される基礎鋼管を地中に埋設する際、最低限の作業範囲、作業人員で基礎掘削工事を遂行できる自動基礎鋼管埋設装置、及び施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】下端の周部に複数の先端爪が設けられた基礎鋼管1と、管内の上端に支持部材を取付けた、複数の掘削用バケット21がコンベア式に循環回動されるようにし、基礎鋼管下端の地盤を掘削する自動掘削機2と、基礎鋼管を垂直に施工する水平調整機能を備えた脚31が設けられ、基礎鋼管を水平方向へ緩やかに回転させ、基礎鋼管、自動掘削機の自重により基礎鋼管を圧入降下させる把持部32が設けられ、基礎鋼管を水平方向に回転させると共に降下させるようにした溝部33を設けた回転装置3とでなる。基礎鋼管の水平方向の回転と、基礎鋼管、自動掘削機の自重による基礎鋼管の圧入とで、基礎鋼管の管内の地盤が掘削され、土砂を掬い出し、基礎鋼管を地中に埋設させる。【選択図】図1
