The invention discloses a clockwise tensioning type CFRP plate anchoring system and a construction method thereof.The clockwise tensioning type CFRP plate anchoring system comprises a to-be-reinforced structural part and a CFRP plate, the two ends of the CFRP plate are connected with the to-be-reinforced structural part through anchoring devices respectively, at least one of the two anchoring devices is a clockwise tensioning anchoring device, and at least one supporting device is further arranged between the CFRP plate and the to-be-reinforced structural part; wherein the forward tension anchoring device comprises an anchoring seat, a connecting piece and a CFRP anchorage device, the connecting piece is rotationally connected with the anchoring seat through a first-direction rotating shaft, the CFRP anchorage device is slidably connected with the connecting piece through a traction screw, a prestress adjusting mechanism is detachably arranged between the CFRP anchorage device and the connecting piece, and a locking nut is further arranged on the traction screw. The method has the advantages that only one section of CFRP plate is used for achieving external prestress reinforcement, and therefore only one section of CFRP plate needs to be provided with a fixing mechanism at the end, the number of anchorage devices needed for construction is greatly reduced, and the process of tensioning the CFRP plate is simplified.
本发明公开一种顺张式CFRP板锚固体系及其施工方法,包括待加固结构件以及CFRP板,CFRP板两端分别通过锚固装置与待加固结构件相连,两个所述锚固装置中至少一个为顺向张拉锚固装置,在CFRP板与所述待加固结构件之间还设置有至少一个支撑装置;其中:顺向张拉锚固装置包括锚固座、连接件和CFRP锚具,连接件通过第一方向转轴与所述锚固座转动连接,CFRP锚具通过牵引螺杆与连接件滑动连接,在CFRP锚具与连接件之间还可拆卸式的设置有预应力调节机构,在所述牵引螺杆上还设置有锁紧螺母。其效果为:本发明中仅利用一段CFRP板实现体外预应力加固,因此只需要在一段CFRP板的端部设置固定机构,不仅大量减少了施工所需的锚具数量,而且有利于简化张拉CFRP板的过程。
