The invention provides a combined stair formwork and a construction method thereof. The combined stair formwork comprises a tread formwork, and at least an exhaust hole and a vibrating hole are formed in the tread formwork; the first pressing piece is arranged in the length direction of the tread template so as to apply downward pressure to the tread template; the side template is in bolt connection with the first pressing piece; the kicking surface template is connected with the tread template; and the second pressing piece is arranged in the length direction of the stair, and the second pressing piece is connected with the first pressing piece. Concrete is vibrated through the vibrating holes, so that the concrete is fully vibrated, the quality of stairs formed by the concrete is guaranteed, the problems of rotted roots and voids and pitted surfaces are avoided, constructors convey materials through the second pressing piece, and therefore the construction efficiency is improved under the condition that it is guaranteed that the formwork is stably reinforced. And the construction space is planned in order, so that constructors can still conduct construction under the condition that the concrete is not formed.
