The invention provides an earth pressure cell fixing device used for assisting in automatic leveling of an earth pressure cell, and the earth pressure cell fixing device comprises a housing with an opening at one end, a metal cover plate covering the opening of the housing, a leveling mechanism used for adjusting the levelness of the metal cover plate, and a clamping mechanism connected with the metal cover plate, the earth pressure box is installed in the clamping mechanism, and the leveling mechanism comprises three leveling bolts, three driving assemblies connected with the three leveling bolts in a one-to-one correspondence mode and a circuit control assembly used for controlling the three driving assemblies to be connected with or disconnected from a power supply. The circuit control assembly comprises a level disc fixed to the metal cover plate, a negative electrode arranged at the bottom of the level disc, a positive electrode set arranged on the inner wall of the level disc and spaced from the negative electrode, and a metal ball located in the level disc and abutting against the negative electrode.
