BENTONITE IMPROVED SOIL LEVELING DEVICE
To provide a bentonite improved soil leveling device capable of performing a leveling operation without causing unevenness across the ground, and also performing a smooth leveling operation.SOLUTION: It is structured by a transport device for transporting bentonite, a screed provided with a compaction member and performing a compaction operation with respect to the bentonite, a blade for performing head cutting on the bentonite, screed height measurement means for measuring the height of screed, a first hydraulic cylinder for adjusting and driving the height of the blade, a second hydraulic cylinder for exerting a lifting effect on the screed, an accumulator connected to route piping for power transmission oil supplied to the first hydraulic cylinder and the second hydraulic cylinder, a pressure gauge for measuring the pressure in the route piping of the power transmission oil, a pressure adjustment screw for adjusting the oil pressure of the second hydraulic cylinder, and a controller for controlling the oil pressure of the first hydraulic cylinder based on the measurement result of the screed height.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地面全体にわたってムラが生じず、均一な材料密度で敷均し作業を行え、しかも敷均し作業が円滑に行えるベントナイト改良土敷均し装置を提供する。【解決手段】ベントナイトを撒出する撒出装置と、転圧部材を備え、撒出装置から撒出されたベントナイトに対して締固め操作を行うスクリードと、前記ベントナイトを頭切りするブレードと、スクリードの高さを計測するスクリード高さ計測手段と、ブレードの高さを調節駆動する第1油圧シリンダーと、スクリードに持ち上げ作用を及ぼす第2油圧シリンダーと、第1油圧シリンダー及び第2油圧シリンダーに供給される動力伝達油の経路配管に接続されたアキュムレーターと、動力伝達油の経路配管の圧力を計測する圧力計と、第2油圧シリンダーの油圧を調整する圧力調整ねじと、スクリードの高さ計測測結果に基づき第1油圧シリンダーの油圧を制御するコントローラと、により構成した。【選択図】図1
