The invention relates to a concrete pavement nondestructive testing method and device, and relates to the technical field of concrete pavement detection.The concrete pavement nondestructive testing device comprises a vehicle body, a driving mechanism and a detection mechanism, and the detection mechanism comprises an elastic piece arranged on the vehicle body and a containing cavity formed by the elastic piece and the pavement; the electromagnetic wave detection part is arranged on the vehicle body and extends into the accommodating cavity; the adding assembly is arranged on the vehicle body and used for adding a coupling agent into the containing cavity; and the spraying and cleaning assembly is arranged on the vehicle body and used for spraying and cleaning the road surface. The vehicle body moves through the driving mechanism, the spraying and cleaning assembly firstly sprays and cleans the road surface, then a coupling agent is added into the containing cavity to fill a gap between the electromagnetic wave detection piece and the road surface, and then the electromagnetic wave detection piece can be started to detect the road surface, so that the detection precision of the road surface is improved; meanwhile, the waste of the coupling agent is also reduced.
