An anchor assembly (100) for arrangement in the seabed, comprising a main pipe (110) provided with a foldable wing (120) movably arranged in a groove (130) of the main pipe (110) by a hinge (121) at an upper end of the groove (130), the wing (120) being aligned with an outer surface of the main pipe (110) in an initial position, wherein the foldable wing (120) is provided with a centrally curved main support element (122) extending in a plane perpendicular to the inner surface of the wing (120), and wherein the rear portion of the main support element (122) is provided with a notch, constriction or groove (123) determining the degree the wing (120) assumes with respect to the main tube (110) in the deployed state.
