The present invention relates to an anchor assembly and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the anchor assembly comprises: a plate having an insertion hole for inserting a pipe and enabling an insulation material to be fixed; and a pipe connected to the plate, and enabling the plate from being spaced from a wall. The pipe is expanded by a taper member and fixedly installed to the inside of the wall. The pipe comprises: an opening unit formed in a longitudinal direction on an outer circumference of the pipe so that a part of the outer circumference of the pipe is open; a hanging end formed on the outer circumference of the pipe and limiting excessive insertion when the pipe is inserted into the insertion hole; at least one expansion unit formed on the outer circumference of the other end of the pipe, and enabling one end of the pipe to be expanded by the taper member; and a curling unit fixing the plate with the hanging end, and formed at the one end of the pipe. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method for an anchor assembly comprises: a pipe manufacturing step of manufacturing the pipe by rolling the plate; a hanging end forming step of fixing the both ends of the pipe manufactured by the rolling step, and forming the hanging end by pressing one end in the direction of the other end; a press fitting step of press-fitting the pipe having the hanging end formed by the hanging end forming step into the insertion hole formed on the plate; and a curling unit forming step of curling the one end of the pipe positioned in the insertion hole by the press fitting step and protruding from the insertion hole. According to the present invention, the plate and the pipe can be connected without welding.
본 발명은 앙카 조립체 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 앙카 조립체는, 파이프의 삽입을 위한 삽입홀이 형성되며 단열재가 고정될 수 있도록 하는 플레이트와, 상기 플레이트와 결합되며 플레이트가 벽면으로부터 이격될 수 있도록 함과 더불어 테이퍼 부재에 의하여 확장됨으로써 벽체 내부에서 고정 설치되는 파이프를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 파이프는, 상기 파이프의 외륜 일부가 개방될 수 있도록 파이프의 외륜에서 길이 방향을 따라 형성되는 개방부와, 상기 파이프의 외륜에 형성되며 파이프가 삽입홀에 삽입되는 과정에서 과도한 삽입이 제한될 수 있도록 하는 걸림단과, 상기 파이프의 타단 외륜에 적어도 하나 이상 형성되며 테이퍼 부재에 의하여 파이프의 일단이 확장될 수 있도록 하는 확장부와, 상기 파이프의 일단에 형성되며 걸림단과 함께 플레이트가 고정될 수 있도록 하는 컬링부를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 앙카 조립체의 제조 방법은, 평판을 롤링함으로써 파이프를 제조하는 파이프 제조 단계와, 상기 롤링 단계를 통해 제조된 파이프의 양단을 고정하고 어느 한 단을 타단 방향으로 가압함으로써 걸림단을 형성하는 걸림단 형성 단계와, 상기 걸림단 형성 단계를 통해 걸림단이 형성된 파이프를 플레이트에 형성된 삽입홀에 압입하는 압입 단계와, 상기 압입 단계를 통해 삽입홀의 내부에 위치되면서 삽입홀로부터 돌출된 파이프의 일단을 컬링하는 컬링부 형성 단계를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 용접 없이도 플레이트와 파이프의 결합이 이루어질 수 있게 된다.

The present invention relates to an anchor assembly and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the anchor assembly comprises: a plate having an insertion hole for inserting a pipe and enabling an insulation material to be fixed; and a pipe connected to the plate, and enabling the plate from being spaced from a wall. The pipe is expanded by a taper member and fixedly installed to the inside of the wall. The pipe comprises: an opening unit formed in a longitudinal direction on an outer circumference of the pipe so that a part of the outer circumference of the pipe is open; a hanging end formed on the outer circumference of the pipe and limiting excessive insertion when the pipe is inserted into the insertion hole; at least one expansion unit formed on the outer circumference of the other end of the pipe, and enabling one end of the pipe to be expanded by the taper member; and a curling unit fixing the plate with the hanging end, and formed at the one end of the pipe. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method for an anchor assembly comprises: a pipe manufacturing step of manufacturing the pipe by rolling the plate; a hanging end forming step of fixing the both ends of the pipe manufactured by the rolling step, and forming the hanging end by pressing one end in the direction of the other end; a press fitting step of press-fitting the pipe having the hanging end formed by the hanging end forming step into the insertion hole formed on the plate; and a curling unit forming step of curling the one end of the pipe positioned in the insertion hole by the press fitting step and protruding from the insertion hole. According to the present invention, the plate and the pipe can be connected without welding.
