The invention discloses a heating assembly and a preparation method thereof, an atomizer and an electronic atomization device. The preparation method of the heating assembly comprises the steps that a ceramic green body is obtained; arranging a patterned heating film on the surface of the ceramic green body; a plurality of micropores are formed in the ceramic green body, and the micropores are through holes in the thickness direction of the ceramic green body; curling the ceramic green body provided with the heating film and the micropores into a hollow cylindrical body; and sintering the hollow cylindrical body to enable the ceramic green body to become compact ceramic. The heating assembly prepared by the method is of a compact structure, and does not adsorb essence components in an aerosol generating matrix, so that the aerosol generating matrix has a relatively high reduction degree; the heating assembly is of a compact structure, so that the strength is high, and the problem of powder falling is avoided.
