Inclined dense-rib high-strength composite wallboard
The invention discloses an inclined dense-rib high-strength composite wallboard which comprises a dense-rib mold used for manufacturing a dense-rib plate, the dense-rib mold is provided with a pouring groove allowing external concrete fluid to be poured, the dense-rib mold is provided with a plurality of dense-rib grooves used for manufacturing dense ribs, and the dense-rib grooves communicate with the pouring groove. The multiple dense rib grooves are obliquely formed, every two dense rib grooves communicate with each other in a staggered mode, inclined supporting rods are arranged in the multiple dense rib grooves, a plurality of inclined supporting rings used for improving prestress between the inclined supporting rods and the poured dense ribs are arranged on the peripheral wall of each inclined supporting rod, and the radial sections of the inclined supporting rings are arranged in an arc shape. Each inclined supporting ring is provided with an adjusting piece used for adjusting the radian of the inclined supporting ring, a main reinforcing mesh is arranged in the pouring groove, and connecting rods are connected between the initial end and the tail end of each inclined supporting rod and the main reinforcing mesh. The dense rib plate solves the problem that in the prior art, horizontal ribs and longitudinal ribs of the dense rib plate are insufficient in strength and prone to oblique cracking when external high-strength loads are applied.
