A thrust wheel is characterized in that a wheel body (1) comprises guide rails (120) and wheel shafts (111), and the guide rails (120) around the two sides of the wheel body and the wheel shafts (111) in the centers of the two sides of the wheel body are integrally formed with the wheel body; and a supporting seat (112) formed by an integrally formed concave cavity is arranged between the guide rail (120) and the wheel shaft (111). The side cover (2) comprises a bearing seat (262), a fixed seat (242) and a connecting part (252) for connecting the bearing seat with the fixed seat, and the bearing seat, the fixed seat and the connecting part are integrally formed; the fixing seat is provided with at least one fixing screw hole (24) for fastening a screw, and the two side covers are respectively arranged in the supporting seat (112); and the bearing (3) is supported between the peripheral surface of the wheel shaft and the inner wall of the bearing seat, and the chain moves along the inside of the guide rail to drive the wheel body and the wheel shaft to synchronously rotate on an inner ring (302) of the bearing, so that the function that the inner ring of the bearing rotates and an outer ring (301) does not rotate is realized.
