Quick dismounting and mounting device and method for grinding wheel
The invention discloses a device and method for quickly disassembling and assembling a grinding wheel. The device comprises a lower connecting disc, an upper mounting plate arranged on the lower connecting disc and a supporting disc arranged between the upper mounting plate and the lower connecting disc. The grinding wheel is contained between the upper mounting plate and the supporting disc, and the screw penetrates through the lower connecting disc. The supporting disc is rotatably arranged at the end of the screw rod, and the screw rod can rotate relative to the lower connecting disc and conduct lifting motion. When the grinding wheel is installed, the grinding wheel is placed on the supporting disc, the screw rod is rotated to enable the supporting disc to ascend until the grinding wheel is fastened between the upper installation plate and the supporting disc, and then the grinding wheel is installed. When the grinding wheel is disassembled, the screw is rotated to enable the supporting disc to ascend till the supporting disc abuts against the grinding wheel, then the grinding wheel is disassembled, the screw is rotated reversely to enable the supporting disc to descend till the grinding wheel falls to the lower connecting disc, and grinding wheel disassembling is completed. The technical problems that an existing grinding wheel disassembling and assembling device and method are large in operation difficulty, high in labor intensity of workers and low in efficiency can be solved.
