Thermal-insulation ductile cement-based material and preparation method thereof
The thermal-insulation ductile cement-based material disclosed by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45 to 55 parts of cement, 45 to 55 parts of fly ash, 35 to 50 parts of river sand, 0.43 to 1.29 parts of aerogel, 0.8 to 1.2 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.3 to 0.8 part of a silane coupling agent, 26 to 30 parts of water and 2.30 to 2.40 parts of synthetic fibers, the total weight part of the cement and the fly ash is 100 parts. The preparation method of the material comprises the following process steps: (1) sequentially putting the aerogel powder, the fly ash, the cement and the river sand into an opened stirrer, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed dry material; (2) dissolving a silane coupling agent in water, and uniformly mixing to obtain a silane coupling agent solution; (3) adding a silane coupling agent solution into the mixed dry material, and uniformly mixing to obtain first slurry; (4) adding a water reducing agent into the first slurry, and uniformly mixing to obtain second slurry; (5) adding synthetic fibers into the second slurry, and uniformly mixing to obtain third slurry; and (6) carrying out injection molding on the third slurry, demolding and curing.
