The invention relates to a low-thermal-conductivity cement-based thermal insulation material and a preparation method thereof. The low-thermal-conductivity cement-based thermal insulation material comprises the following raw material components in percentage by mass: 40-50% of cement, 15-25% of fly ash, 10-20% of low-thermal-conductivity particles, 4.5-5% of a foaming agent, 0.2-0.5% of a foam stabilizer, 0.3-0.5% of a water reducing agent and the balance of water. The method comprises the following steps: respectively preparing pressurized foam and cement slurry under the same pressurized environment (the pressure is 0.1-0.6 MPa) through a pressurized foaming-pressure relief foaming process, uniformly mixing the foam and the slurry to obtain pressurized foamed slurry, freely expanding and hardening the foamed slurry after pressure relief, and performing standard curing for 28 days to obtain the low-thermal-conductivity cement-based thermal insulation material. The provided inorganic thermal insulation material has the advantages of ultralow heat conductivity coefficient, low water absorption rate and the like, the preparation process is simple, and the energy-saving requirement of buildings can be met.
本发明涉及一种低导热水泥基保温材料及其制备方法,所述低导热水泥基保温材料原料组分及质量百分配比如下:水泥40‑50%,粉煤灰15‑25%,低导热性颗粒10‑20%,发泡剂4.5‑5%,稳泡剂0.2‑0.5%,减水剂0.3‑0.5%,余量为水。本发明通过加压发泡‑泄压发泡工艺,在相同加压环境下(压力0.1‑0.6MPa),分别制备加压泡沫与水泥浆料,再将泡沫与浆料混合均匀得到加压发泡浆体,泄压后发泡浆体自由膨胀,硬化并标准养护28d得到低导热水泥基保温材料,提供的无机保温材料具有导热系数超低、吸水率低等优点,且制备工艺简单,能够满足建筑节能需求。
