The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple in process, the sintering process of the waste incineration fly ash ceramsite is improved by synergistically utilizing the waste glass fiber reinforced plastics, and the high-strength sintered ceramsite with better performance is prepared under the condition of the same calcination temperature. The bulk density of the high-strength sintered ceramsite prepared by the method is 600-800kg/m < 3 >, and the cylinder compressive strength is higher than 4.2 MPa.
