Prefabricated steel-concrete bridge superstructure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a prefabricated assembly type steel-concrete bridge superstructure and a construction method thereof. A plurality of prefabricated longitudinal steel beams are used for being arranged at intervals in the bridge direction, and a plurality of prefabricated concrete cross beams are used for being erected on the prefabricated longitudinal steel beams at intervals in the mode of being perpendicular to the prefabricated longitudinal steel beams; the prefabricated bridge deck slabs are used for being erected on a plurality of sashes formed by the prefabricated longitudinal steel beams and the prefabricated concrete cross beams correspondingly. Joints of the prefabricated longitudinal steel beams, the prefabricated concrete cross beams and the prefabricated bridge deck slabs on the prefabricated longitudinal steel beams and the prefabricated concrete cross beams are longitudinal wet joints and transverse wet joints respectively, and concrete is poured into the longitudinal wet joints and the transverse wet joints. The upper joint of the steel-concrete bridge is a wet joint and can be connected through cast-in-place concrete, and welding or high-strength bolt friction type connection is avoided. Compared with a traditional steel-concrete bridge superstructure, the structure is easy to control in construction quality, stable, long in service life and easy to maintain, and the requirement for working of the bridge under long-term dynamic load can be met.
本发明涉及一种预制装配式钢混桥梁上部结构及其施工方法,若干预制纵向钢梁用于顺桥向间隔布置,若干预制混凝土横梁用于垂直于预制纵向钢梁间隔搭设在预制纵向钢梁上,预制桥面板用于分别搭设在预制纵向钢梁与预制混凝土横梁形成的多个框格上;预制纵向钢梁、预制混凝土横梁和预制桥面板在预制纵向钢梁、预制混凝土横梁上的接缝分别为纵向湿接缝和横向湿接缝,纵向湿接缝和横向湿接缝内用于浇筑混凝土。钢混桥梁上部接缝为湿接缝,可用混凝土现浇连接,避免使用焊接或高强度螺栓摩擦型连接;相较于传统钢混桥梁上部结构,本结构施工质量容易控制,结构稳定,可以满足桥梁在长期动力载荷下工作的需求,使用寿命长,养护简单。
