SEPARATE OVERHANGING CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF CONCRETE BRIDGE SUPERSTRUCTURE AND CONCRETE BRIDGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separate overhanging construction method of a concrete bridge superstructure, which enables a construction period and cost to be reduced, and a concrete bridge.SOLUTION: A separate overhanging construction method of a concrete bridge superstructure comprises following processes: a formwork installation process to install a block construction formwork at a construction position of the block adjacent to an existing block by making a formwork moving carriage support the formwork; a reinforcement disposing process to dispose reinforcements for the block that were assembled in advance within the formwork and keep the reinforcement unconnected with reinforcements of the existing block; a sheath disposing process to dispose and connect a sheath for PC steel insertion to the existing block; a concrete placement process to place concrete in the formwork in which the reinforcements are disposed; a formwork removal process to remove the formwork; and a prestress introduction process to introduce prestress to a concrete block. After these processes are implemented, next block construction is implemented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】工期短縮とコスト低減が図られたコンクリート橋上部工の分割張出施工方法およびコンクリート橋を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート橋上部工を分割張出施工するにあたり、既設ブロックに隣接した当該ブロックの施工位置に、当該ブロック施工用の型枠を型枠移動台車に支持させて設置する型枠設置工程と、予め組み立てられた当該ブロック用の鉄筋を型枠内に配置して、既設ブロックの鉄筋とは非接続の状態のままとする鉄筋配置工程と、PC鋼材挿通用のシースを、既設ブロックに連結配置するシース配置工程と、鉄筋が配置された型枠内にコンクリートを打設するコンクリート打設工程と、型枠を取り外す脱枠工程と、コンクリートブロックにプレストレスを導入するプレストレス導入工程と、を実施して、次のブロックの施工へと進む。【選択図】図1
