The invention provides an accident door independent system and an emergency accident handling method and device, and relates to the technical field of a large hydraulic power plant water inlet accident door remote emergency falling door independent system.The method comprises the steps that an operation cabinet and at least one gate are included, and the gate is connected with the operation cabinet; the operation cabinet is provided with an unlocking starting assembly and a falling door starting assembly which are in one-to-one correspondence with the gates, the operation cabinet generates an operation cabinet unlocking switching value signal, and the operation cabinet generates an operation cabinet falling door switching value signal; the emergency door is used for carrying out emergency door falling operation under the condition that the operation cabinet door falling switching value signal and the operation cabinet unlocking switching value signal are received at the same time. The emergency door falling operation can be carried out only through double alarming of the unlocking starting assembly and the door falling starting assembly arranged on the far-end operation cabinet, the emergency door falling operation can be prevented from being caused under the condition that personnel carry out misoperation or the assemblies have faults, and therefore the risks of safety accidents and property losses can be reduced.
