To provide a contamination accident emergency monitoring device according to the present invention.SOLUTION: A vehicle body and a first housing installed inside the vehicle body and having an end opening toward the right are included; a first box shell is installed in the first housing; a second housing with an end facing downward is installed in the first box shell; a second box shell body with an end opening passing back and forth through is slidably engaged and connected to the second housing; a third housing is installed symmetrically to the second box shell; convex plates are installed in the front and rear on the left inner wall of the first housing; a first rotary shaft extending forward and backward is rotatably engaged and connected to the convex plate; a first conical ring located between the convex plates is fixedly connected to the first rotary shaft; and a first drive machine is installed on the left inner wall of the first hosing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
