The invention discloses a reinforced adjusting type pre-coating plate which comprises a bottom base plate, a pre-coating panel and a supporting mechanism. The separation cavity is formed between the lower end of the pre-coating panel and the upper end face of the bottom base plate, heat insulation and sound insulation are achieved through the separation cavity, in order to improve the strength, the supporting mechanisms are installed on the two sides of the separation cavity correspondingly, and the positioning blocks are installed on the two sides of the lower end of the pre-coating panel correspondingly; the inclined rotating plates are rotationally installed on the two sides of the positioning block correspondingly, the inclined rotating plates extend downwards in an inclined mode, the lower ends of the inclined rotating plates and the upper side of the sliding block are rotationally installed, and therefore a triangular structure of the inclined rotating plates and the sliding block is formed, and the stability of the structure is greatly improved; and meanwhile, a driving screw rotates to drive a sliding block to move relatively, so that inclined rotating plates on the two sides of a positioning block perform opening and closing movement, the pre-coating panel is driven to float at the upper end of the bottom base plate, the assembling thickness is adjusted, and use is flexible and convenient.
