The ring piece is rotationally connected to the first supporting piece; the rod piece is fixed between two points on a circle where the ring piece is located; and the fastening piece is arranged on the rod piece and used for erecting the steel pipe, so that the steel pipe is arranged in the axial direction of the rod piece, and after the steel pipe is erected, a rotating load is applied to the ring piece, and the steel pipe can be driven to stand up. The device has the technical effects that the original mode that scaffold steel pipes can only be erected manually can be changed, the difficulty of manual erecting is reduced through transmission of the gear disc, the scaffold erecting is more labor-saving, the safety of constructors is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the probability of occurrence of construction accidents is reduced.
