The device has the technical effects that the original mode that scaffold steel pipes can only be erected manually can be changed, the difficulty of manual erecting is reduced through transmission of the gear disc, the scaffold erecting is more labor-saving, the safety of constructors is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the probability of occurrence of construction accidents is reduced.
