The large-diameter inclined cylinder supporting formwork system comprises a cylinder steel reinforcement framework, a cylinder outer formwork, a shaping and reinforcing mold, a supporting scaffold and a reinforcing assembly. A horizontal supporting square pipe and an inclined supporting square pipe are arranged on the side, facing the ground or the floor, of the column outer formwork of the shaping and reinforcing mold. The construction method of the large-diameter inclined cylinder comprises the steps that firstly, surveying and setting out are conducted, and a column foot formwork control line is positioned; 2, manufacturing an inclined cylindrical steel reinforcement framework; step 3, mounting an outer template of the column body; fourthly, a supporting system is erected; fifthly, concrete is poured; and sixthly, maintenance is conducted after formwork removal. The supporting firmness between the supporting frame and the inclined cylindrical formwork can be improved.
