The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to a concrete construction method for improving early strength performance, and the process of vibrating after concrete pouring needs to be completed through cooperation of a vibrator. The vibrator comprises a handheld telescopic component, an eccentric driving component and a vibrating component; when concrete is poured, a plurality of planet wheels drive a vibration head to rotate along with revolution of a belt wheel, so that the poured concrete is fully stirred, the poured concrete is promoted to be quickly stacked and compacted, mortar mixing can be fully guaranteed in the stirring process, and the strength of the solidified concrete is guaranteed; in the revolution and rotation process of the vibration head, the vibration head is matched with exciting force generated in the rotation process of the eccentric cylinder to promote bubbles in the concrete to be rapidly discharged; in order to further guarantee multi-dimensional divergence in the polarization direction, the vibration block is expanded outwards in a small range through cooperation of an annular cooperation plate and a cooperation rod; and the vibration effect on concrete grout is fully improved.
