CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR IMPROVING STRENGTH AND WEAR-RESISTANT OF CONCRETE
The present invention relates to a construction method for enhancing strength and abrasion resistance of concrete. More particularly, the construction method comprises: a first step of abrading a surface of concrete with an abrader; a second step of removing dusts, impurities, and moisture on the surface of concrete; and a third step of applying a concrete coating composition to the surface of concrete. The concrete coating composition comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of the composition: 25-30 parts by weight of nano-scale lithium silicate; 15-18 parts by weight of an inorganic-based pigment; 3-4 parts by weight of amorphous silica fine powder; 1.5-2 parts by weight of talcum powder; 1.5-2 parts by weight of silicon-based surfactant; and 6-12 parts by weight of multivalent alcohol.
본 발명은 콘크리트 표면을 연삭기로 연마하는 제1단계와 상기 콘크리트 표면의 먼지, 이물질 및 수분을 제거하는 제2단계 및 상기 콘크리트 표면에 조성물 총 중량 100 중량부에 대해, 나노 리튬 실리케이트 25~30 중량부, 무기계 안료 15~18 중량부, 무정형 실리카 미분말 3~4 중량부, 활석분말 1.5~2 중량부, 실리콘계 계면활성제 1.5~2 중량부 및 다가 알콜 6~12 중량부를 포함하는 콘크리트 코팅 조성물을 도포하는 제3단계를 포함한다.
