The invention provides a subway station side wall leakage water grouting system and method. The subway station side wall leakage water grouting system comprises a wall, a grouting hole, a fixing base, a valve and a grouting pipe. The wall comprises an inner wall and a waterproof layer, the grouting hole is formed in the inner wall, and the fixing seat is divided into a fixing plate and a fixing bolt; the grouting pipe is fixed through the fixing plate, the rapid plugging agent is used for filling gaps after the grouting pipe is installed, it is ensured that grout cannot be discharged out of the grouting hole from the gaps during grouting, meanwhile, due to the fact that the gaps are filled, the pressure during grouting is ensured, the grout can permeate to the deeper position, and the grouting efficiency is improved. The gap between the side wall of the subway station and the underground diaphragm wall is filled with grout in a back grouting mode, a leakage water source is blocked from the source, and a foundation is laid for follow-up structure leakage water treatment.
