The invention discloses a subway station side wall heat exchange system and method.The system comprises a plurality of heat exchanger modules arranged in the subway station side wall, the heat exchanger modules are connected with a ground source heat pump system, and each heat exchanger module serves as a cooling pipe of subway station side wall concrete and also serves as a heat exchanger of the ground source heat pump system; the plurality of heat exchanger modules are connected in parallel, a circulating medium circulates in each heat exchanger module, and the circulating medium is used as a heat carrier to extract or discharge heat to the side wall of the subway station; the large-volume concrete cooling pipe during construction of the side wall of the station is reutilized to serve as a heat exchanger of the source side of a heat pump system, the temperature of concrete can be reduced in a concrete pouring section, and the heat exchanger can also serve as a heat exchanger of a ground source heat pump.
