The invention discloses a window control method and system and a suspended sash window. The suspended sash window comprises a window frame and a window sash, and the window sash is provided with a driving piece, a handle assembly, a transmission mechanism, a hinge assembly and a locking mechanism. The window sash is internally inverted or externally suspended on the window frame through a hinge assembly, and the window sash is locked or unlocked on the window frame through a locking mechanism; the method comprises the steps that a first control instruction is received, a driving piece is controlled to drive a handle assembly to rotate to a first angle according to the first control instruction, the handle assembly drives a locking mechanism to be unlocked on a window frame, and the handle assembly drives a transmission mechanism to drive a hinge assembly to be unfolded and link a window sash to tilt inwards or suspend outwards relative to the window frame; and the second control instruction is received, the driving piece is controlled to drive the handle assembly to rotate to a second angle according to the second control instruction, the handle assembly drives the transmission mechanism to drive the hinge assembly to be stored and linked with the window sash frame to be closed on the window frame, and the handle assembly drives the locking mechanism to be locked on the window frame. The opening and closing function and the locking function of the suspended sash window are achieved at the same time through the single driving piece.
