The invention provides a preparation method of aluminum oxide ceramic powder for electronic ceramics, which improves the performance of the aluminum oxide ceramic powder, the sintered product has high density, uniformity and stability, and the sintered ceramic body has high light transmittance at each position, good appearance texture and no adverse defect.
