Lightweight heat-insulating mullite porous ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a light heat-insulation mullite porous ceramic material and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: calcining short mullite fibers, discharging glue, mixing with water, and carrying out ball milling to obtain mullite fiber slurry; adding a dispersing agent, non-water-soluble starch and tetraethoxysilane into the mullite fiber slurry to obtain mixed slurry; and removing the solvent water, drying and calcining to obtain the catalyst. The addition volume of the non-water-soluble starch is 2-4 times of the volume of the short-cut mullite fiber. According to the method, the isotropic mullite porous ceramic material can be obtained on the basis of keeping high porosity.
本发明公开了一种轻质隔热莫来石多孔陶瓷材料及其制备方法,包括:将短切莫来石纤维煅烧排胶后与水混合,球磨,得到莫来石纤维浆料;向莫来石纤维浆料中加入分散剂、非水溶性淀粉、正硅酸乙酯,得到混合浆料;脱去溶剂水,烘干,煅烧即得;非水溶性淀粉的加入体积为短切莫来石纤维的体积的2‑4倍。所述方法能够在保持高孔隙率的基础上,得到各向同性的莫来石多孔陶瓷材料。
