Middle releasing and tensioning dismantling method for steel strand stay cable
The invention discloses a method for removing a steel strand stay cable by releasing and tensioning in the middle. The method for removing steel strands by releasing and tensioning one by one is adopted to realize cable force releasing and tensioning of a whole bundle of stay cables. Comprising the steps that a to-be-disassembled steel strand is divided into an upper section L1, a middle section L2 and a lower section L3 through two sets of clamping devices; two tool steel strands correspondingly penetrate through the left holes and the right holes of the two clamping devices and are anchored through clamping pieces; the middle section L2 of the to-be-dismantled steel strand between the two clamping devices is gradually loosened through tensioning of the jack, and the to-be-dismantled steel strand is cut; and the upper section L1 and the lower section L3, except the clamping device, of the steel strand to be dismantled are loosened, and the upper section steel strand cable body and the lower section steel strand cable body are hoisted and removed through the crane. The technical problems that in long-span cable-stayed bridge steel strand inhaul cable replacement construction in the prior art, the remaining length of old steel strands is insufficient, the safety risk of operation in a high-altitude tower is high, the construction difficulty is large, and the economic applicability is low are solved.
本发明公开了一种钢绞线斜拉索中间放张拆除方法,采用逐根放张拆除钢绞线的方法实现对整束拉索的索力放张;包括两套夹持装置将1根待拆钢绞线分成了上段L1、中段L2和下段L3;使用两根工具钢绞线对应穿过两块夹持装置左、右孔并用夹片锚固;利用千斤顶张拉使两块夹持装置之间的待拆除钢绞线中段L2逐渐放松并切割待拆除钢绞线;放松夹持装置之外的上段L1和下段L3待拆除钢绞线,吊车分别吊除上、下两段钢绞线索体。本发明解决现有技术存在的大跨度斜拉桥钢绞线拉索更换施工中旧钢绞线留长不足、高空塔内作业安全风险高、施工难度大、经济适用性低等技术难题。
