Island reef coral filler compaction pile and construction method thereof
The invention provides an island coral filler compaction pile and a construction method thereof. The construction method of the island coral filler compaction pile comprises the following steps: (1) hammering a foundation soil body by using a heavy hammer to form a cylindrical hole; (2) the holes are filled with mixed gravel, the mixed gravel is composed of coral reef broken stone and calcareous sand, then a microorganism solidification liquid and a compound additive are poured, the microorganism solidification liquid is composed of a compound bacterium liquid and seawater, the compound bacterium liquid is prepared from bacillus pasteurii, bacillus cereus and bacillus mucilaginosus, and the compound additive is prepared from bacillus amyloliquefaciens, bacillus cereus and bacillus mucilaginosus; the compound additive is prepared from hydroxycitronellal and austrol; then the filler is tamped through a heavy hammer; and (3) the step (2) is repeated, the pile hole is tamped to the ground, and the compaction pile is formed. By the adoption of the construction method, the quality of the compaction pile is remarkably improved, the bearing capacity of a single pile is remarkably improved, and the relative usage amount of microorganism solidification liquid is effectively reduced.
本发明提供一种岛礁珊瑚填料挤密桩及其施工方法。所述岛礁珊瑚填料挤密桩的施工方法,包括以下步骤:(1)利用重锤对地基土体进行锤击,形成圆柱形孔洞;(2)向孔洞内先填入的混合砂石,所述混合砂石由珊瑚礁碎石和钙质砂组成,再倒入微生物固化液和复合助剂,所述微生物固化液包括复合菌液和海水组成,所述复合菌液由巴氏芽孢杆菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌和胶质芽孢杆菌制得,所述复合助剂由羟基香茅醛和澳桉酚组成;再利用重锤对填料进行夯击;(3)重复步骤(2),将桩孔夯填至地面,形成挤密桩。采用本发明施工方法,显著提高挤密桩质量,显著提高单桩承载能力,而且有效减少微生物固化液相对使用量。
