Modular building based on sparse steel frame-shear wall structure and mounting process
The invention discloses a modularized building based on a sparse steel frame-shear wall structure and an installation process. The modularized building comprises two structural bodies, namely module units and the sparse steel frame-shear wall structure. The sparse steel frame-shear wall structure comprises frame columns, frame beams, shear walls and outdoor area floors, the ends of the frame beams are connected with the column top side face of each layer of frame column on site or connected with the midspan position of the frame beam in the other direction on site, and the shear walls are connected to the inner sides of the frame columns and the frame beams on site. The outdoor area floor slab is a floor slab which is installed above the frame beam on site at the plane position where the module units are not installed. Two layers of module units are installed in the floor height range of the sparse steel frame-shear wall structure. Compared with an existing embedded module structure, the frame shear structure is more economical due to the composition characteristic that the frame shear structure corresponds to the two layers of module units, and meanwhile, a more ideal alternative scheme is provided for building of aerial island villas or aerial community type residences.
基于稀疏钢框架‑剪力墙结构的模块化建筑及安装工艺,该模块化建筑包括两类结构体:模块单元、稀疏钢框架‑剪力墙结构;稀疏钢框架‑剪力墙结构包括框架柱、框架梁、剪力墙和室外区域楼板,框架梁的端部与每层框架柱的柱顶侧面在现场进行连接,或者与另一方向的框架梁跨中位置在现场进行连接,剪力墙在现场连接于框架柱、框架梁内侧,室外区域楼板是在未安装模块单元的平面位置现场安装于框架梁上方的楼板;稀疏钢框架‑剪力墙结构在其层高范围内安装两层的模块单元。本发明一层框剪结构对应两层模块单元的组成特点使其相比现有的嵌入式模块结构更为经济,同时,为空中岛墅或空中社区式的住宅建造提供了一种更理想的替代方案。
