The invention relates to the technical field of 3D printing buildings, in particular to a 3D printing wall and a printing method thereof. The 3D printing wall body comprises a wall body main body and at least two support frame bodies. Each supporting frame body comprises a horizontal supporting assembly and a plurality of vertical supporting assemblies which are vertically connected, the vertical supporting assemblies are arranged in parallel and at intervals along the horizontal supporting assemblies, and at least two horizontal supporting assemblies are arranged in the wall body in parallel and at intervals in the extending direction of the wall body; the vertical supporting assemblies of every two adjacent supporting frame bodies are connected in an end-to-end mode. According to the 3D printing wall, each section of the vertical supporting assembly and the horizontal supporting assembly are laid at the same time, vertical steel bars do not need to be inserted independently, the difficulty of inserting the vertical supporting assemblies is reduced, and construction is convenient. According to the printing method, only the two steps of wall body main body printing and supporting frame body laying need to be conducted, the step of independently inserting vertical steel bars in the prior art is omitted, operation is easy, and the efficiency of 3D wall body printing can be improved.
