Wall 3D printing robot and printing method thereof
The invention discloses a wall 3D printing robot and a printing method thereof. The wall 3D printing robot is characterized in that a climbing elevator is mounted on a frame body, a feeding device and a controller are mounted in the frame body, a transverse driving assembly is mounted on the surface of one side of the frame body, and a vertical driving assembly is mounted on the transverse driving assembly; a telescopic assembly is mounted on the vertical driving assembly, a discharging nozzle is mounted on the telescopic assembly, and the feeding device is connected with the discharging nozzle; and the surface, provided with the transverse driving assembly, of the frame body is further provided with an anti-displacement assembly, and the other opposite surface of the frame body is provided with a thrust assembly. According to the wall 3D printing robot, the problem of high-rise large-area 3D printing in the prior art is solved, the feeding device and the assembly for driving the discharging nozzle are mounted in the frame body driven by the climbing elevator, the anti-displacement assembly and the thrust assembly are matched, the discharging nozzle can be lifted to the set height, and high-precision printing is conducted in the stable environment.
本发明公开了一种墙面3D打印机器人及其打印方法,架体上安装有爬升提升机,其中,所述架体内安装有供料装置、控制器,所述架体一侧表面安装有横向驱动组件,所述横向驱动组件上安装有竖向驱动组件;所述竖向驱动组件上安装有伸缩组件,所述伸缩组件上安装有出料嘴,所述供料装置连接所述出料嘴;所述架体安装有所述横向驱动组件的表面还安装有防移位组件,所述架体相对的另一表面安装有推力组件。本发明解决了现有技术中高楼大面积3D打印的难题,将供料装置及驱动出料嘴的组件安装在由爬升提升机驱动的架体中,配合防移位组件及推力组件,使得出料嘴可以提升至设定高度,在稳定的环境下进行高精度的打印。
