And filling the cement paste into a model, transferring into a standard curing chamber, and curing by using hot water to obtain the sea sand recycled coarse aggregate high-performance concrete. The sludge is fully utilized, and the energy consumption is reduced; a polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent is used, so that water resources are saved; the recycled coarse aggregate is used, so that the waste of waste building materials is reduced; sea sand resources are used for replacing river sand, and durability and corrosion resistance are high; the sludge partially replaces the cement, so that the resource utilization of the sludge is realized.
