Aerogel felt and preparation method thereof
The preparation method comprises the following steps: immersing a fiber felt into a water glass solution with the pH value of 4-6, taking out the fiber felt, gelling the fiber felt, and aging the fiber felt after gelling to obtain a first wet gel felt; washing the first wet gel felt in water, suspending the first wet gel felt in n-hexane, sealing, and replacing under heating to obtain a second wet gel felt; and placing the second wet gel felt in the modification liquid, standing, and drying to obtain the aerogel felt. According to the method, part of Na < + > is brought out through water washing, and then replacement of water and residual Na < + > in the wet gel felt is achieved by means of a single-solvent one-step replacement method; according to the method, the variety and quantity of organic solvents consumed in the preparation process of the aerogel felt are greatly reduced, the preparation cost is saved, and a gel skeleton cannot be influenced and damaged. The aerogel felt with the heat conductivity coefficient of only 0.0191 W/(m.K) and the contact angle of 162 degrees is prepared from the water glass.
本发明公开了一种气凝胶毡及其制备方法,将纤维毡浸入pH为4~6的水玻璃溶液中,取出后凝胶,凝胶后老化,得到第一湿凝胶毡;将第一湿凝胶毡置于水中水洗后,使第一湿凝胶毡浮悬在正己烷中,密封,加热下置换,得到第二湿凝胶毡;将第二湿凝胶毡置于改性液中,静置,干燥,得到气凝胶毡。本发明通过水洗将部分Na+带出,然后借助单溶剂一步置换法,实现对湿凝胶毡中水和剩余Na+的置换;该方法大幅度降低了气凝胶毡制备过程消耗有机溶剂种类和数量,节省制备成本,且不会对凝胶骨架造成影响和破坏。本发明利用水玻璃制备出导热系数仅为0.0191W/(m·K),接触角达162°的气凝胶毡。
