Track rim groove embedding assembly
The invention provides a track rim groove embedding assembly which is arranged in a rim groove in a track bed. Comprising an inner rail side embedding piece located between the inner rail side of a steel rail and the inner wall of one side of a rim groove, an outer rail side embedding piece located between the inner rail side of the steel rail and the inner wall of the other side of the rim groove, and at least two embedding cushion blocks. Wherein the embedded cushion block comprises a cushion block main body and a lug boss which extends from one side, close to the steel rail, of the cushion block main body to the steel rail, the shape of the lug boss is matched with that of a rail web of the steel rail, and the lug boss can better fit the shape of the steel rail, so that the embedded cushion block is stably mounted in a rim groove. The at least two embedding cushion blocks are arranged below the inner rail side embedding piece and the outer rail side embedding piece correspondingly and can support the inner rail side embedding piece and the outer rail side embedding piece, so that the inner rail side embedding piece and the outer rail side embedding piece are stably installed on the two sides of the steel rail. The split type combined structure is convenient to install, adjust and maintain in the later period, and the maintenance cost is lower.
