Trimmer jig for manufacturing track groove
The present invention relates to a trimmer jig for processing a track groove. More specifically, the trimmer jig includes: a body including a trimmer mounting part comprising an insertion hole into which the lower part of a trimmer body is inserted, and a through hole extended forward from the insertion hole and penetrated by a trimmer bit installed in front of the trimmer body; a dust discharge groove formed in the bottom of the body, and extended from the through hole to the edge of the body; and a guide groove formed in the bottom of the body, and including a guide groove into which a guide bar extended from the edge of one side of the body to the edge of the other side to guide the linear movement of the body is inserted. According to the present invention, since dust created by a trimmer bit rotated for processing a track groove is guided through the dust discharge groove and discharged to the outside of a jig, working efficiency can be increased with smooth rotation of the trimmer bit.
본 발명은, 트랙 홈 가공용 트리머 지그에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 트리머 본체의 하부가 삽입되는 삽입 홀과, 삽입 홀에서 전방으로 연장되며, 트리머 본체의 전방에 구비된 트리머 비트가 관통되는 관통 홀로 이루어진 트리머 장착부가 형성된 몸체와, 몸체의 저면에 형성되며, 관통 홀에서 부터 몸체의 가장자리까지 연장된 먼지배출 홈 및 몸체의 저면에 형성되며, 몸체의 일측 가장자리에서 부터 타측 가장자리까지 연장되어 몸체의 직선이동을 안내하는 가이드 바가 삽입되는 가이드 홈을 포함하는 트랙 홈 가공용 트리머 지그에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 트랙 홈 가공시 회전하는 트리머 비트로 인해 발생하는 먼지를 먼지배출 홈을 통해 안내하여 지그의 바깥으로 배출되도록 함으로써 트리머 비트의 원활한 회전으로 인한 작업의 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
