The invention provides a pier reinforcing formwork device and a reinforcing construction method. The formwork device which is of a novel structure and can be repaired through combination of rigidity and flexibility is provided in combination with an existing steel formwork. The device comprises chain plates, a steel pin shaft, a flexible lining plate, a steel hoop, a pull rod and an anchoring part, the chain plates are rotatably pivoted through rolling lugs and the steel pin shaft, a plurality of cushion blocks are fixed to the outer surfaces of the chain plates, and the steel hoop is arranged along an arc-shaped groove and tightened and fixed to a cylinder formed by the chain plates; a round hole is formed in the chain plate, the round hole is in clamping fit with a buckle on the flexible lining plate, and concave-convex forming patterns are arranged on the inner surface of the flexible lining plate. The formwork of a composite structure is formed in the mode that the rigid chain plate and the flexible lining plate are combined, rigid supporting and rapid installation are provided through the chain plate, flexible forming is achieved through the lining plate, the lining plate is manufactured into a whole plate, only one vertical splicing seam exists, the appearance of a pouring body is improved, and the engineering quality is improved.
本发明提供一种桥墩加固模板装置及加固施工方法,结合现有钢模板提出一种新型结构的刚柔兼修的模板装置。该装置包括链板、钢销轴、柔性衬板、钢箍、拉杆及锚固件,链板之间通过卷耳和钢销轴形成可转动的枢接连接,链板的外表面固定若干垫块,钢箍沿着弧形槽布置并收紧固定在链板组成的圆筒体上;在链板上设置圆孔,该圆孔和柔性衬板上的卡扣进行卡紧配合,柔性衬板的内表面具有凹凸成型花纹。本装置采用刚性的链板和柔性衬板结合的方式形成一种复合结构的模板,通过链板的提供刚性支撑和快速安装,通过衬板实现柔性成型,并将衬板制作为一张整版,使得仅仅存在一条竖向拼接缝,提高了浇筑体的外观,提高工程质量。
