The hydraulic lifting column has the beneficial effects that the vertical driving motor, the driven wheel, the locking nut and the like which are used in a matched mode are additionally arranged, the functions of the hydraulic lifting column are expanded and enriched, namely, protective fences can be arranged on the end faces of the upper portions of the hydraulic lifting columns arranged in rows, and meanwhile the protective fences are adjusted to ascend/descend through the hydraulic lifting columns; a vertical driving motor, a driving gear, a fixing table, a driven wheel, a locking nut and the like are used for adjusting the horizontal rotation angle of the protective fence installed on the hydraulic lifting column, and thorough obstacle setting and using are completed; and the whole body adopts a split type combined design, so that assembly, use and subsequent inspection and maintenance are facilitated, meanwhile, production and manufacturing of components are also facilitated, and the practicability is high.
