The integrated valve block is fixedly connected with the side wall of the piston cylinder, a high-low pressure integrated valve oil duct, a pressure release valve oil duct, an overflow valve oil duct, a flow compensation valve oil duct, a compensation conveying oil duct and a high-pressure conveying oil duct are arranged in the integrated valve block, and the pressure release valve oil duct, the overflow valve oil duct and the high-pressure conveying oil duct communicate with the high-low pressure integrated valve oil duct; the flow compensation valve oil duct is communicated with the compensation conveying oil duct, the compensation conveying oil duct and the high-pressure conveying oil duct are communicated with the piston working cavity, and at least a first oil seal bolt, a high-pressure pagoda spring, a first steel ball, a low-pressure spring seat, a low-pressure reset spring and a second steel ball are sequentially arranged in the high-low pressure integrated valve oil duct. An oil tank; and a plunger pump and a pressing hand assembly. According to the device, all the valve bodies are integrated in one valve block, all the valve bodies operate independently, maintenance is convenient, the valve bodies can be replaced independently, the flow compensation valves are additionally arranged, and the track lifting speed of the device is increased.
