The invention discloses a construction method for a super-large-span giant transfer beam. The construction method comprises the steps that 1, earth excavation is conducted, and a cushion layer (2) below the transfer beam (1) is poured; 2, bottom brick blank films (31) are built on the two sides of the transfer beam; 3, a waterproof coiled material (4) is constructed on the cushion layer and is constructed to the top of the bottom brick blank film; 4, a transfer beam supporting frame (5) is placed on the cushion layer, and transfer beam steel bars (6) are bound; 5, the waterproof coiled materials are constructed to the transfer beam steel bars; 6, the brick blank film (3) is built; 7, backfilling earthwork (8); 8, a raft area cushion layer (9) is poured on the brick blank film and the earthwork, and the waterproof coiled material is constructed on the raft area cushion layer; and 9, raft reinforcing steel bars (10) are bound on the cushion layer in the raft area, concrete is poured, and the raft (11) and the transfer beam are synchronously poured into an integrated structure.
