The invention relates to a construction method for reinforcement and transformation through super-large-span beam dragging and column dismantling. The construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, reserved columns and columns to be dismantled of a building to be transformed are determined; 2, determining a reinforcement construction monitoring scheme, arranging displacement and stress-strain monitoring identifiers, and collecting initial values; and 3, the size of the lower bearing platform of the reserved column is increased and reinforced, and a plurality of anchor rod static pressure piles are supplemented for foundation reinforcement to form a foundation bearing platform. According to the method, reinforcement treatment is conducted from bottom to top, the design is economical and reasonable, safety and reliability are achieved, real-time monitoring is achieved through displacement, stress and strain monitoring marks, damage to an original structure is reduced in the transformation process, and displacement, sedimentation, stress and the like of the original structure are accurately controlled in the column load unloading process; particularly, when the column needs to be completely disconnected, the stress of the supporting structure and the deformation of the beam are accurately tested and controlled.
